What are your modes of Payment?

We accept payment through Gcash and BDO bank transfer. We DO NOT accept cash-on-delivery.

Fulfillment Status

Paid, Processing, and Out for Delivery. Please settle your payment as soon as possible as we will only pack your order after you we have received the payment. 

How will my items be shipped?

For same-day shipping, you will book your own rider through your chosen courier platform. We will be accepting pickup between 10 AM - 5PM on Mondays to Fridays only.

Important: Please tell the rider your name and order no. We will be asking them to present it to us upon pickup.

For provincial deliveries: We ship out your orders during MONDAYS through GoGo Express. 

Can I place my order outside the business hours?

Yes, just select the NEXT-DAY DELIVERY option as delivery method and you can have them picked up the next day within the business hours. 

Can my items be shipped during weekends? 

No, our services are closed during weekends. You can have your order picked up on Monday.
